Mezzo Soprano

Born in Vicenza in a family of artists. After having studied piano, at very young age she started her vocal studies under the guidance of Anna Maria Bicciato, with whom she currently studies her repertory.Graduated in foreign languages, she also graduated in “Tecniche Artisiche dello Spettacolo” at the University “Cà Foscari” in Venice. In 2007 she made her operatic debut in La sonnambula at the Festival in Santander, staged by Hugo De Ana, broadcasted by national Spanish television and reviewed by the major Spanish newspapers and magazines: El Mundo, El Cultural, Ritmo, etc. There have been many important debuts with: Quattro Rusteghi (Lucretia), La Rondine (Lisette), Boris Godunov (X enia), La Medium (Monica), Gianni Schicchi (Lauretta), La Bohème (Musetta)Orfeo ed Euridice (Euridice, Amore),Don Giovanni (Z erlina),L amour des trois oranges (Ninette ), Le Nozze di Figaro(Susanna, Cherubino)

Her repertoire also includes parts such as, Il Flauto Magico (Papagena), Idomeneo (Idamante), Così fan tutte (Despina), I Capuleti e I Montecchi (Romeo), La clemenza di Tito ( Annio), Alcina (Oberto, Ruggero), Roméo et Juliette (Stephano), il Barbiere di Siviglia (Rosina), La vedova allegra (Valencienne). Diletta Rizzo Marin has performed regularly on the prestigious concert stages and opera houses: Théâtre du Capitole (Toulouse), Opéra de Nice, Konzert und Theater St. Gallen, Wielki Opera (Varsavia), Teatro Municipal (Cile), Rudolfinum Concert Hall (Praga), Palacio de Festivales de Cantabria (Santander), Opéra National de Paris, Fondazione Lirico Sinfonico Petruzzelli e Teatri di Bari, Teatro Verdi di Trieste, Teatro Verdi di Sassari, Musashino Concert Hall (Tokyo),Teatro Comunale di Bologna, Piacenza e Maggio Musicale Fiorentino. 

We must notice her recent debut in Romeo of capuleti e montecchi at Royal Thomson Hall in Toronto, and her successful debut in Adalgisa and Cenerentola at the National Opera of Sofia.

She has worked with some of the most famous conductors like: D. Callegari, D. Renzetti, R.Abbado, E. Pidò, A. Veronesi,Juraj Valchua, M. Guidarini. Among stage directors she has worked with H. De Ana, G. Asagaroff, G. Ciabatti, E. Brusa, M. Spada, M. A. Marelli, L. Amato, Romeo Castellucci. Active also on the concert side, Diletta Rizzo Marin took part in some operatic and chamber recitals with the Orchestra of Teatro Regio di Torino and in Toulouse, in Venice and in Tokyo at Musashino Cultural Foundation. she recorded a recital for voice and piano: the well-appreciated cd is broadcasted in some of European radio stations of classic music.


Among her lasts debuts we must notice Adriana Lecouvreur in Montecarlo ( stage by Livermoore under the direction of M. Benini) , her coming back to Spain at the Auditorium Nacional in Madrid with 9 symphony of Beethoven and her debut with Solisti Veneti under the direction of Claudio Scimone.
